Stitch tutors Carol and Pat completed their first quilting course last week. Participants made a log cabin square, learning how to precision cut with a roller cutter, piece and sew the square, layering it for quilting, to quilt and bind the piece.

Quilters were rightly proud of their results and are fired up to take on another course continuing their learning journey and tackling other skills.

Everyone enjoyed learning, chatting with other group members and unwinding over a sewing machine and a cup of tea in a relaxing, supportive environment.
