Who watched the Sewing Bee last night? Great to see contestants making denim skirts with top stitching though we’d really like to see them allocated more time to finish and Luke’s dress would have got our vote for garment of the week. Stunning cut and fabric. Only a very quick few lines this week to say that we have just put up lots of new fabulous workshops on our website which include how to learn to read sewing patterns, gaining sewing machine confidence making simple starter items, an alterations making class, as well as a super palazzo trousers making workshop.

And we couldn’t resist running this giant granny square class featured above:) And Tunisian crochet and a 3-d floral granny square class on Zoom for the first time.
