Happy Friday from Stitch. How can it be the end of the week already? We hope you are all looking after yourselves both physically and mentally and that this email finds you well. The clocks have gone back and cosy evenings tucked up on the sofa beckon- perfect for knitting, crochet and sewing.

If you are feeling inspired to avoid a "mass produced" Christmas and make your own festive gifts we have some fabulous classes coming up over the proceeding weeks. We have discounted our workshop tomorrow and are now running two separate sessions (we know how busy Saturdays can be for people) Christmas Makes at Stitch: Christmas Sewing Workshop 10.30-12.30 and 1-3pm, Pat would love to see you for some festive sewing if you would like to book.

We are also very pleased to be running a great value Christmas Wreath Workshop in the lovely private back room of the Fox Pub in Green Lanes on Wednesday 15th November. Hosted by local crafter and artist Susan Mehmet all materials will be provided to make your very own bespoke wreath, you will have a mix of foliage and beautifully scented pieces to choose from to make your wreath your own. You may bring your own decorative additions to further personalise your wreath if you like. No two wreaths are ever the same!

NEW FABRICS!

We have two new Viscose Ponteroma fabrics in stock -  a fabric that combines the properties of viscose and the construction of Ponte knit, this typically refers to a blend of viscose fibres with other materials, such as polyester or elastane, in a ponte-knit construction. If you're looking for a fabric that is both strong and shape-holding, then our Ponteroma is great,  perfect for autumn and winter dressmaking including dresses, skirts and cardigans. We love these two and they will definitely make beautiful garments.
