Sewing Machine Workshop: Next Steps - Sew a Summer Skirt. Saturday 17th May, 10:30-13:30 at Holy Trinity Church Hall, Winchmore Hill.

This class is perfect for those with a basic understanding of how to use a sewing machine, it is a great follow on class from our beginners class.
In this class Pat will guide you through everything you need to take the next steps in your sewing journey. You will make a summer skirt that you can be proud to wear.
Create something personal and individual for yourself or as a gift for a loved one with our talented seamstress Pat. You will need to bring along some fabric further details of this are below
What you need to bring -
to work out how much fabric you need decide what length of skirt you want and measure from your waist to where you with the skirt to end. You will need twice this length of fabric. Ideal fabrics would be cotton, linen or polycotton. For this class we do not advice using stretchy or slippery or sheer fabrics.
All equipment will be provided. We have Janome sewing machines on site. Do bring a notebook in case you wish to jot down ideas.

LOCATION: Holy Trinity Winchmore Hill, on the Broadway of Green Lanes, Winchmore Hill, N21 3RS. Some on site parking in a small carpark behind the church, some on street parking, parking at Sainsburys Winchmore Hill. On the 329 and 125 bus route.
ENTRANCE TO THE CHURCH HALL IS ROUND THE BACK OF THE CHURCH, DOWN QUEENS AVENUE.
