Sewing Machine Workshop: Next Steps. Saturday 1st March, 10:30-12:00 at Raphi & Flo (Creative Scholars), Winchmore Hill.

With expert seamstress Pat Stevens

This class is perfect for those with a basic understanding of how to use a sewing machine, it is a great follow on class from our beginners class.

In this class Pat will guide you through everything you need to take the next steps in your sewing journey. In the process you will complete a small project to take home. You can choose from a selection of items available to make such as: a bag, fabric book cover, make-up brush/crochet hook holder.

Create something personal and individual for yourself or as a gift for a loved one with our talented seamstress Pat. If you want to make a book cover please bring along the book you would like to cover on the day. We will have a small selection of fabrics for you to use but if you have fabric you would like to use then please bring it along.

What you need to bring -

All equipment and material provided. We have Janome sewing machines on site. Do bring a notebook in case you wish to jot down ideas.

LOCATION: Holy Trinity Winchmore Hill, on the Broadway of Green Lanes, Winchmore Hill, N21 3RS. Some on site parking in a small carpark behind the church, some on street parking, parking at Sainsburys Winchmore Hill. On the 329 and 125 bus route.

ENTRANCE TO THE CHURCH HALL IS ROUND THE BACK OF THE CHURCH, DOWN QUEENS AVENUE.
