What you will learn
- Small holes, hem undone, buttons or fastenings off? Are you keen to learn how to repair your treasured garments rather than get cheap new ones?
- Why buy even more clothes when you can do a good deed for yourself and the planet?
Learn how to repair your garment – either invisibly or using a decorative approach. You will then be able to use your new skills whenever required!
Tricia will look at the garment with you in order to decide the best way of repairing it, will demonstrate techniques and then help you to get started
What you need to bring
Just bring your garment along – and if you have any particular wool or thread you want to use to repair it, bring that too.
Threads and wools and sewing kit.
If you need a specialist thread or haberdashery, you can buy these at the shop.
